Period of Consulting. The Company hereby retains Consultant to -------------------- render services to the Company as requested by the Chief Executive Officer of the Company from time to time in the position and with the duties and responsibilities described in Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated by this reference herein, commencing on the date of this Agreement and ending on date as noted in Exhibit A or upon delivery of notice from the Chief Executive Officer of the Company.

Period of Consulting. The period of the Consultant's employment under this Agreement will commence as of February 12, 1998, and shall continue through February 12, 2003, subject to termination as provided in this Agreement ("Period of Consulting").
Period of Consulting. The Executive shall continue in a consulting capacity with the Corporation for a period of twenty-four (24) months (sometimes referred to herein as a the “period of consulting”) following the expiration of his period of employment on February 8, 2012. Consulting services shall not be expected of the Executive following termination of employment if the Executive’s termination of employment occurs by reason of disability under Section 6(b), or if the Executive’s termination of employment occurs prior to expiration of the period of employment by action of the Corporation for Cause or by action of the Executive for Good Reason (or by reason of the Executive’s death).
Period of Consulting. The Employee shall continue in a consulting capacity with the Corporation for a period of thirty (36) months (sometimes referred to herein as the “period of consulting”) following his termination of employment on June 30, 2012. Consulting services shall not be expected of the Employee following termination of employment if the Employee’s termination of employment occurs by reason of employee’s death or by reason of his disability under Section 6(c), or if the Employee’s termination of employment occurs prior to June 30, 2012 by action of the Corporation for Cause or by action of the Employee for Good Reason or if Employee’s termination of employment occurs prior to February 8, 2012 by action of Employee for other than Good Reason.

  • Term of Consultancy Company hereby agrees to retain the Consultant to act in a consulting capacity to the Company, and the Consultant hereby agrees to provide services to the Company commencing on the Effective Date and ending 6 MONTHS from the Effective Date unless terminated pursuant to Section 8 of this Agreement.

  • Period of Employment The “Period of Employment” shall be a period of three (3) years commencing on the Effective Date and ending at the close of business on the third anniversary of the Effective Date (the “Termination Date”); provided, however, that this Agreement shall be automatically renewed, and the Period of Employment shall be automatically extended for one (1) additional year on the Termination Date and each anniversary of the Termination Date thereafter, unless either party gives written notice at least sixty (60) days prior to the expiration of the Period of Employment (including any renewal thereof) of such party’s desire to terminate the Period of Employment (such notice to be delivered in accordance with Section 18). The term “Period of Employment” shall include any extension thereof pursuant to the preceding sentence. Provision of notice that the Period of Employment shall not be extended or further extended, as the case may be, shall not constitute a breach of this Agreement and shall not constitute “Good Reason” for purposes of this Agreement. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Period of Employment is subject to earlier termination as provided below in this Agreement.

  • Employment of Consultant CONSULTANT will perform as an independent contractor all services under this Contract to the prevailing professional standards consistent with the level of care and skill ordinarily exercised by members of its profession, both public and private, currently practicing in the same locality under similar conditions, including reasonable, informed judgments and prompt, timely action. If CONSULTANT is representing that it has special expertise in one or more areas to be utilized in this Contract, then CONSULTANT agrees to perform those special expertise services to the appropriate local, regional or national professional standards.

  • Employment of Consultants In order to assist the Borrower in carrying out the Project, the Borrower shall employ consultants whose qualifications, experience and terms and conditions of employment shall be satisfactory to the Association.
