Performance on a Non-Business Day. If any Basic Rent is required hereunder on a day that is not a Business Day, then such Basic Rent shall be due on the corresponding Scheduled Interest Payment Date. If any Supplemental Rent is required hereunder on a day that is not a Business Day, then such Supplemental Rent shall be due on the next succeeding Business Day.

  • Performance on Business Days In the event the date on which performance or payment of any obligation of a party required hereunder is other than a Business Day, the time for payment or performance shall automatically be extended to the first Business Day following such date.
