Performance on Business Days. In the event the date on which performance or payment of any obligation of a party required hereunder is other than a Business Day, the time for payment or performance shall automatically be extended to the first Business Day following such date.

Performance on Business Days. A "business day" is a day which is not a Saturday, Sunday or legal holiday recognized by the Federal Government. Furthermore, if any date upon which or by which action is required under this Agreement is not a business day, then the date for such action shall be extended to the first day that is after such date and is a business day.
Performance on Business Days. If any action is required to be taken pursuant to this Agreement on or by a specified date that is not a Business Day, the action is valid if taken on or by the next succeeding Business Day.
