Performance on Business Days. In the event the date on which performance or payment of any obligation of a party required hereunder is other than a Business Day, the time for payment or performance shall automatically be extended to the first Business Day following such date.
Performance on Business Days. A "business day" is a day which is not a Saturday, Sunday or legal holiday recognized by the Federal Government. Furthermore, if any date upon which or by which action is required under this Agreement is not a business day, then the date for such action shall be extended to the first day that is after such date and is a business day.
Performance on Business Days. If any action is required to be taken pursuant to this Agreement on or by a specified date that is not a Business Day, the action is valid if taken on or by the next succeeding Business Day.

In the event that any performance or act required under this Agreement falls on a day which is not a business day, the time for performance of such act shall be extended to the next succeeding business day. As used herein, a business day shall mean any day which is not a weekend, or state, a federal or bank holiday.
Performance on Business Days. The parties agree that in the event that any date on which performance is to occur falls on a Saturday, Sunday or state or national holiday, then the time for such performance shall be extended until the next business day thereafter occurring.
Performance on Business Days. All time periods expire at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time on the last day of such time period. In the event the date on which performance or payment of any obligation of a party required hereunder, or the expiration of each period of time hereunder, is other than a Business Day, the time for payment or performance, or the expiration of such time period, shall automatically be extended to the first Business Day following such date.
Performance on Business Days. If a date on which the performance of any act is required hereunder, including, without limitation, the payment of any Support Payment, is not a Business Day, the act required to be performed may be performed on the next succeeding Business Day, without the payment of any interest or other charge, and such performance on the next succeeding Business Day shall not constitute or otherwise be deemed a default hereunder.
Performance on Business Days. If any event or the expiration of any period provided for herein is scheduled to occur or expire on a day that is not a Business Day, such event shall occur or such period shall expire on the next succeeding day that is a Business Day.
Performance on Business Days. If any date for the occurrence of an event or act under this Agreement falls on a Saturday or Sunday or legal holiday in the State of Florida, then the time for the occurrence of such event or act shall be extended to the next succeeding business day.
