Pencoyd Bridge Pedestrian Walkway. RFA shall cause its structural bridge engineer to design an eight feet (8’) wide pedestrian walkway and appropriate lighting adjacent to the east side of the Pencoyd Bridge (“Pencoyd Bridge Walkway”) in accordance with good engineering practices (“Pedestrian Walkway Design”). RFA shall construct the Pencoyd Bridge Walkway on the east side of the Pencoyd Bridge in accordance with the Pedestrian Walkway Design during Phase I, and thereafter shall maintain the Pencoyd Bridge Walkway in good order and repair. The Township shall use its best efforts to work with RFA to secure public funding or grants for construction of the River Trail, refurbishment of the Pencoyd Bridge and/or construction of the Pencoyd Bridge Walkway.
