River Trail Sample Clauses
The 'River Trail' clause establishes the rights and responsibilities related to the use, maintenance, or access of a river trail that may be located on or adjacent to the property in question. Typically, this clause will specify whether the property owner, tenants, or third parties have the right to use the trail, outline any maintenance obligations, and address liability for injuries or damages occurring on the trail. Its core practical function is to clarify access rights and responsibilities, thereby preventing disputes and ensuring safe, agreed-upon use of the river trail.
River Trail. RFA shall construct the River Trail (with a 10 feet wide paved surface with a 4 feet wide soft shoulder consistent with the Cynwyd Heritage Trail as requested in Township Staff reviews) from the BH Property to the westernmost boundary of the RFA Property as generally shown on Exhibit 3 in Phase I and thereafter shall maintain the River Trail in good order and repair, including the removal of snow. The River Trail base shall be reinforced as detailed on the Revised Land Development Plans to allow it to be used by emergency response vehicles.
