The 'River Trail' clause establishes the rights and responsibilities related to the use, maintenance, or access of a river trail that may be located on or adjacent to the property in question. River Trail. RFA shall construct the River Trail (with a 10 feet wide paved surface with a 4 feet wide soft shoulder consistent with the Cynwyd Heritage Trail as requested in Township Staff reviews) from the BH Property to the westernmost boundary of the RFA Property as generally shown on Exhibit 3 in Phase I and thereafter shall maintain the River Trail in good order and repair, including the removal of snow.
