Peaceful Resolution of All Disputes. In recognition of the special needs of the Project and to maintain a spirit of harmony, labor-management peace and stability during the term of this Community Workforce Agreement, the parties agree to establish effective and binding methods for the settlement of all misunderstandings, disputes and grievances; and in recognition of such methods and procedures, the unions agree not to engage in any strike, slowdowns or interruptions or disruption of Project Work, and the contractors agree not to engage in any lockout, or any other action impairing or impeding the Project Work.

The parties understand that the Agreement and such dispute resolution procedures must include all Building Trade Unions with traditional jurisdiction over the Project Work.
