Payment of Salary Executive acknowledges and represents that the Company has paid all salary, wages, bonuses, accrued vacation, commissions and any and all other benefits due to Executive.
Payment of Shares At or prior to the time of delivery of any of our shares you will pay or cause to be paid to the Custodian, for our account, an amount in cash equal to the net asset value of such shares. Benefits designed to cover cost-sharing amounts under Medicare will be changed auto- matically to coincide with any changes in the applicable Medicare-determined Deductible and coinsurance amounts. Dues may be modi- fied to correspond with such changes. Dues are determined based on age of the Sub- xxxxxxx, subject to the right reserved by Blue Shield to modify these dues with at least sixty (60) days notice as set forth in this Agreement.
Payment of Severance Subject to subsections (h) and (i) below and Section 4, if the Eligible Employee incurs a Severance during the Change in Control Protection Period, the Company shall pay to him a lump sum cash payment, no later than 10 days after the Severance Date (or the date of the Change in Control, if later), equal to two and ninety-nine one-hundredths (2.99) times the Eligible Employee’s Final Pay.
Payment of Services 1. For courses taught at a High School facility utilizing High School teachers who are qualified by the DCCCD College using Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges (SACSCOC) standards to teach college level courses, DCCCD shall pay as follows:
Payment of Overtime 5.5.1 Subject to the provisions of this sub-clause, all work performed outside of the ordinary hours of any day, Monday to Friday, inclusive, will be paid for at the rate of time and one half for the first 2 hours and double time thereafter. Payment of Bills Except as otherwise indicated herein or on the Service Order(s), Comcast will invoice Customer in advance on a monthly basis for all monthly recurring Service charges and fees arising under the Agreement. All other charges will be billed monthly in arrears. Customer shall make payment to Comcast for all invoiced amounts within thirty (30) days after the date of the invoice. Any amounts not paid to Comcast within such period will be considered past due. If a Service Commencement Date is not the first day of a billing period, Xxxxxxxx’s next monthly invoice shall include a prorated charge for the Services, from the date of installation to the first day of the new billing. In certain cases, Comcast may agree to provide billing services on behalf of third parties, as the agent of the third party. Any such third-party charges shall be payable pursuant to any contract or other arrangement between Customer and the third party. Comcast shall not be responsible for any dispute regarding these charges between Xxxxxxxx and such third party. Customer must address all such disputes directly with the third party.
Payment of Wages Wages will be paid weekly by electronic funds transfer (EFT). The employer shall comply with all provisions in relation to the keeping of time and wage records and production of pay slips in accordance with the Industrial Relations Xxx 0000. Each employee is responsible for the accurate and timely completion and provision of time sheets and production records.
