PAYMENT OF BILLS. All bills are payable at Company's office on or before the date the bill is due for service supplied by Company in the preceding billing period. All bills will be issued to Customer at the location identified in Section 1 above, unless the Customer has given the Company written notice of a different address for billing purposes.
