PAYMENT OF EXHIBIT SPACE CHARGES. A minimum $250 non- refundable deposit per booth must accompany the application. The balance is due 45 days of date on contract. ALL monies must be collected by September 3. If the balance due is not paid by that date, all deposits will become non-transferable and the Committee can resell the exhibit space without further notice to exhibitor.
