Payment of Debt or Delinquency to the State. Pursuant to §§2107.008 and 2252.903, Texas Government Code, Contractor agrees any payments owing to Contractor under this Agreement may be applied directly toward any debt or delinquency Contractor owes the State of Texas or any agency of the State of Texas, regardless of when it arises, until paid in full.
Payment of Debt or Delinquency to the State. Pursuant to Section 2252.903, Texas Government Code, Architect/Engineer agrees that any payments owing to Architect/Engineer under this Agreement may be applied directly toward certain debts or delinquencies that Architect/Engineer owes the State of Texas or any agency of the State of Texas regardless of when they arise, until such debts or delinquencies are paid in full.

As required by §2252.903 of the Texas Government Code, Expert agrees that any payments owing to Expert under this Agreement may be applied directly toward any debt or delinquency that Expert owes the state of Texas or any agency of the state of Texas regardless of when it arises, until the debt or delinquency is paid in full.

Pursuant to Sections 2107.008 and 2252.093, Texas Government Code, Project Architect agrees that any payments owing to Project Architect under this Agreement may be applied directly toward any debt or delinquency that Project Architect owes the State of Texas or any agency of the State of Texas regardless of when it arises, until such debt or delinquency is paid in full.
