Payment of Committee Members. Employees who are committee members shall be paid base rate of pay for attendance at such meetings. In no event shall reimbursement exceed the employee’s regular daily rate of pay. All meetings will be held during normal business hours. Travel and meal expenses shall be made in accordance with OBM regulations.

  • COMMITTEE MEMBERSHIP 1. Local representatives on committees specifically established by this Collective Agreement shall be appointed by the local.

  • Staffing Committee 1. The Nurse Staffing Committee (NSC) shall be responsible for determining the Hospital’s staffing plan and resolving complaints raised by nurses regarding the implementation of the plan as well as those activities required of it under RCW 70.41, et seq and its successors.

  • Special Education Committee The parties agree to establish a committee comprised of representatives from ETFO, the Ministry of Education and school board leadership in the area of special education.
