Payment of Casual Teachers. A Casual Teacher in the service shall be paid the appropriate rate in clause 7.1 in accordance with years of Full-Time service, divided by 204 in the case of a daily payment and 408 in the case of a half-day payment or 816 in the case of a quarterly day payment, plus 5%.
