  • Shift Premium Entitlement (a) Employees working an afternoon or night shift as identified in Clauses 15.1(a)(2) and 15.1(a)(3) shall receive a shift premium for all hours worked on the shift.

  • Maximum Leave Entitlement Leaves taken under Clauses 20.2, 20.3 and 20.11 shall not exceed a total of 70 hours per calendar year, unless additional special leave is approved by the Employer.

  • Basic entitlement (a) After twelve months continuous service, parents are entitled to a combined total of 52 weeks unpaid parental leave on a shared basis in relation to the birth or adoption of their child.   • PAYMENT ABATEMENT A. In the event that Concessionaire is unable to operate the Concession Premises as a direct result of the performance of, failure to perform or negligent performance by Department, its officers, agents, servants, and employees, of any act under the control or responsibility of Department, Concessionaire may be considered for an abatement of payment for the period that the Concession Premises cannot be operated. Circumstances for consideration of payment abatement shall include but not be limited to, disruption caused by Department construction activities in or around the Concession Premises and interruption of utility service as a result of actions by Department. Construction activities outside the control of Department and interruption of utility services by the utility service provider shall not be grounds for abatement. Suspension of Operations, as provided in Paragraph 9, shall not be grounds for abatement. Notwithstanding the circumstances, the decision whether or not to grant an abatement and the amount of any abatement lies completely within the discretion of Department.

  • Entitlement to payment (i) An Employee shall be entitled to payment by the Employer for Ordinary Time Earnings lost through inclement weather for up to 32 hours in every four weeks. For the purpose of this sub-clause the following conditions shall apply:

  • Notification of the Amount of Fair Share Fee Notice of the amount of the annual fair share fee, which shall not be more than 100% of the unified dues of the employee organization, shall be transmitted by the employee organization to the Board Treasurer on or about September 15 of each year during the term of this Agreement for the purpose of determining amounts to be payroll-deducted, and the Board agrees to promptly transmit all amounts deducted to the employee organization.

  • Holiday Pay Entitlement To be entitled to receive a paid holiday, an eligible employee must be in payroll status on the normal work day immediately preceding and the normal work day immediately following the holiday(s). Payroll status shall be defined as follows: actually working, on paid vacation, paid sick leave, compensatory time off, or on a paid leave of absence. Any eligible employee who dies on a holiday or holiday weekend shall be entitled to be paid for the holiday(s).
