CHANGING THIS AGREEMENT. We may change this Agreement, including (for example) changing the addresses and telephone numbers you should use to contact us, changing fees, adding new fees, changing the Daily Periodic Rates and corresponding APRs or increasing your required minimum payment. We may change this Agreement based on economic or market conditions, our business strategies or for any other reason (including reasons unrelated to you or your Account). Any changes we make to this Agreement may apply to new transactions and/or then-existing balances as described in any notice we are required to provide to you. We will notify you of changes to this Agreement as required by applicable law. We will mail any required written notice to the address we have on file for your Account.
CHANGING THIS AGREEMENT. We may change any term of the Agreement at any time. If the change results in increased fees for any services, increased liability for you, fewer types of available electronic fund transfers, or stricter limitations on the frequency or dollar amount of transfers, we agree to give you notice of at least 21 days before the effective date of any such change, unless any immediate change is necessary to maintain the security of an account, or our electronic fund transfer system, or for any security reasons. We will post any required notice of change in terms in the quarterly newsletter, on our web site, personal E-mail, or postal mail. If advance notice of the change is not required, and disclosure does not jeopardize the security of the account or our electronic fund transfer system, we will notify you of the change in terms within 30 days after the change becomes effective. Your continued use of any or all of the subject system services indicates your acceptance of the change in terms. We reserve the right to waive, reduce, or reverse charges or fees in individual situations. You acknowledge and agree that the applicable deposit agreements and disclosures govern changes to fees applicable to specific accounts.
CHANGING THIS AGREEMENT. No part of this Agreement may be changed except in the following circumstances: • we and you agree in writing to change it; OR • we increase the rent in the way described in paragraph 1.7 above; OR • we or you apply to the sheriff under section 26 of the Housing (Scotland) Xxx 0000 for an order to change the Agreement and the sheriff grants such an order.

The Credit Union reserves the right to terminate your access to Online Banking if you fail to adhere to these rules or abuse any of these services or your Credit Union account.
CHANGING THIS AGREEMENT. 5.1 We may change this Agreement (including changing or introducing new Charges or changing or withdrawing the Services or Third Party Services) on written notice to you. We will use reasonable efforts to give you at least 14 days prior written notice of these changes.

Except where limited by applicable law, the new terms, including, but not limited to, increasing the finance charge or the way the Credit Union calculates finance charges, late charges, and the minimum payment due, will apply both to new purchases and cash advances and to the existing outstanding balance of your account as of the day of the change. In accordance with applicable law, the Credit Union will notify you of any increased charge or change by writing to you at the most recent address shown for you on the Credit Union’s records.

We reserve the right to refuse to honor any request for credit, to reduce your credit limit or terminate your account at any time using our sole discretion, based on changes in the economy, the Credit Union's financial condition, your creditworthiness, or for any other reason not prohibited by law. In accordance with applicable law, the Credit Union will notify you of any increased charge or change by writing to you at the most recent address shown for you on the Credit Union's records.
CHANGING THIS AGREEMENT. University shall have the right to change any portion of this Agreement at any time by written notice to Merchant at least thirty (30) days in advance of the effective date of such change. If any change is unacceptable to Merchant, then Merchant shall have the right to terminate this Agreement in accordance with Section 6 hereof.
CHANGING THIS AGREEMENT. We may amend this Agreement by changing, adding or deleting any term, condition, service or feature (“New Term”) of your Account or of this Agreement at any time. We will notify you of such changes to the extent and in the manner required by applicable law. We may apply any new terms to the outstanding balance in the Account at the time of the change, as allowed by applicable law, as well as to any advances made after the effective date of the change.
CHANGING THIS AGREEMENT. 9.1 You may add to or reduce the service(s) you receive from time to time by contacting our customer service(s) team. If you ask us to provide any extra service(s) to you, you agree to accept those additional service(s) for at least the minimum period that applies to them. If you ask us to reduce your tier of service(s) within the minimum period for those service(s), we may ask you to pay a fee depending on the service(s) being reduced and the remaining length of the minimum period. If you wish to reduce your tier of service(s) or remove any additional service(s) (including premium television channels) you must give us 30 days’ notice and pay any charges (including phone usage andVideo On Demand programming charges) up to the end of that 30-day notice period.
