Partial Health Insurance Benefit. Those part–time Employees who were employed prior to December 31st, 2012, and have currently elected coverage, work 12 months a year and who work 20-29 hours per week may elect the health insurance benefit. The Employer will contribute half of the normal Employer contribution. This program shall be eliminated January 1st, 2013.
