Board members appointed to the governing board after the approval of the School’s Contract must be fingerprinted within thirty (30) days of their appointment. The cost of fingerprinting shall be borne by the School or the governing board member. The governing board agrees to dismiss governing board members whose fingerprint check results reveal non-compliance with standards of good moral character.
