Ownership of Confidential Information. All Confidential Information shall be and shall remain the property of the party which supplied it to the other party.

Ownership of Confidential Information. The Employee acknowledges that the Confidential Information is and will be the sole and exclusive property of the Company. The Employee acknowledges that the Employee has not, and will not, acquire any right, title or interest in or to any of the Confidential Information.

The Parties acknowledge that during the performance of this Agreement, each Party will have access to certain of the other Party’s Confidential Information or Confidential Information of third parties that the disclosing Party is required to maintain as confidential. Both Parties agree that all items of Confidential Information are proprietary to the disclosing Party or such third party, as applicable, and shall remain the sole property of the disclosing Party or such third party.

The Disclosing Party’s disclosure of Confidential Information will not constitute an express or implied grant to the Receiving Party of any rights or license to or under the Disclosing Party’s patents, copyrights, trade secrets, trademarks or other intellectual property rights.
