Your Authorized Users Clause Samples
Your Authorized Users. Through his or her Access Credentials, an Authorized User can access Digital Banking’s functions, subject however to restrictions imposed by Digital Banking itself or by your CSA (as permitted by Digital Banking’s self-administration functionality). Limits on an Authorized User’s access may include restricting an Authorized User to or from particular Eligible Accounts; to or from particular functions; dollar limits; viewing but not transacting in Eligible Accounts; transactions requiring prior or secondary authorization by another Authorized User. We may from time to time change the available types of limits.
Your Authorized Users. An Authorized User is your agent for receiving notices from us regarding any transfer, transaction or other instruction submitted to Digital Banking by that Authorized User or another Authorized User. That agency includes but is not limited to receiving (in paper or electronic delivery) any disclosures that we may be required by law to provide to you in writing. You represent that each individual who is issued Access Credentials has general authority from you to view and transact in the Eligible Accounts associated with that person’s Access Credentials (unless those credentials are limited to view only) and to otherwise exercise the capabilities associated with that person’s Access Credentials An Authorized User’s Access Credentials shall remain in place until (A) you deliver formal written notice of revocation to us, or (B) you notify us by calling the Customer Service phone number stated in this Agreement; but in each case we shall have a commercially reasonable time and opportunity to act upon that notice. In addition, we may revoke or refuse to accept any User’s Access Credentials at any time without prior notice. Authorized Users may be allowed to change their Access Credentials.
Your Authorized Users. You must give PCS written notice of every addition, deletion, or change about the Persons you authorize to communicate or retrieve information through SponsorLink. You may give notice according to ¶ 22.18 [“Notice” at page 24], or as PCS’s SponsorLink system provides. Whatever is done by a Person you authorized binds you. You must tell each user not to share his or her username, password, or other identifying information. You are responsible for whatever was done, even if not by an authorized user, using the identity controls of an authorized user.
