Owner's Review Of Design Services. Subject to Paragraph 13(G) of this Agreement, Design/Builder shall submit all documents produced as part of the Design Services to the Director for review and approval in accordance with the terms of the Contract. However, any review or approval by the Director shall not relieve Design/Builder of or otherwise diminish its obligations under the Contract. The Director may direct Design/Builder to make changes to any design documents in order to conform the documents to the Owner's objectives. Any changes by Design/Builder ordered by the Director shall not relieve Design/Builder of its obligations under this Contract unless, and only to the extent that, Design/Builder notifies Owner in writing, within seven (7) days after receipt of Owner's directive to make changes, concerning any adverse impact on schedules, budgets, operational costs, operational performance, satisfaction of regulatory requirements, or other adverse impact that may result from the directed changes. Failure of Design/Builder to submit its notice within the seven (7) day period constitutes a waiver by Design/Builder of any claim for an adjustment to the Design Schedule or the Contract Time.

  • Schematic Design Phase Services § 3.2.1 The Architect shall review the program and other information furnished by the Owner, and shall review laws, codes, and regulations applicable to the Architect’s services.

  • Scope of Work The Contractor has overall responsibility for and shall provide and furnish all materials, equipment, tools and labor as necessary or reasonably inferable to complete the Work, or any phase of the Work, in accordance with the Owner’s requirements and the terms of the Contract Documents.

  • Release of Design Plan The Engineer (1) will not release any roadway design plan created or collected under this contract except to its subproviders as necessary to complete the contract; (2) shall include a provision in all subcontracts which acknowledges the State’s ownership of the design plan and prohibits its use for any use other than the project identified in this contract; and (3) is responsible for any improper use of the design plan by its employees, officers, or subproviders, including costs, damages, or other liability resulting from improper use. Neither the Engineer nor any subprovider may charge a fee for the portion of the design plan created by the State.

  • Project Design Applicants must design a project that provides access to health services to enable eligible women and men experiencing health needs to secure and maintain safe and accessible quality screening and diagnostic services, comprehensive family planning, and/ or other women’s health services.

  • REVIEW OF WORK The Consultant shall permit the City, its agents and/or employees to review, at any time, all work performed pursuant to the terms of this Agreement at any stage of the work;

  • Design Professional to Design Work The Design Professional Contract requires the Design Professional to design and to prepare the Contract Documents, a copy of which shall be furnished to the Contractor upon request. The Design Professional Contract requires the Design Professional to designate a readily accessible representative (either on Site or by computer, phone or fax or otherwise) who shall have authority promptly to render decisions and to furnish information required of the Design Professional.

  • Construction Documents Phase Services 3.4.1 Based on the Owner’s approval of the Design Development Documents, and on the Owner’s authorization of any adjustments in the Project requirements and the budget for the Cost of the Work, the Architect shall prepare Construction Documents for the Owner’s approval. The Construction Documents shall illustrate and describe the further development of the approved Design Development Documents and shall consist of Drawings and Specifications setting forth in detail the quality levels and performance criteria of materials and systems and other requirements for the construction of the Work. The Owner and Architect acknowledge that, in order to perform the Work, the Contractor will provide additional information, including Shop Drawings, Product Data, Samples and other similar submittals, which the Architect shall review in accordance with Section 3.6.4.

  • Design Services The Engineer shall perform services during the schematic design phase, the design development phase, the contract documents phase, and the bidding period as hereinafter specified.
