Outside our Service Area. If you are temporarily outside our Service Area, we provide a limited benefit for Emergency Dental Care you receive from Non-Participating Providers or Non-Participating Dental Offices, if we determine that the Services could not be delayed until you returned to our Service Area. Elective care and reasonably foreseen conditions. Elective care and care for conditions that could have been reasonably foreseen are not covered under your Emergency Dental Care or Urgent Dental Care benefits. Follow-up and continuing care is covered only at Participating Dental Offices. You pay the amount shown in the “Benefit Summary.” Deductible, Copayments, Coinsurance, and reimbursement. You pay the amount shown in the “Benefit Summary.” There may be an additional fee added to any other applicable Copayments or Coinsurance when you receive Emergency Dental Care or an Urgent Dental Care appointment from a Participating Provider by the next business day after you contact us. If you require Emergency Dental Care from Non-Participating Providers when you are outside the Service Area, you are provided limited coverage for Services, including local anesthesia and premedication. We will not cover more than the amount shown in the “Benefit Summary” for each incident. Urgent Dental Care. We cover Urgent Dental Care received in our Service Area from Participating Providers and Participating Dental Offices only if the Services would have been covered under other headings of this “Benefits” section (subject to theExclusions and Limitations” section) if they were not urgent. Examples include treatment for toothaches, chipped teeth, broken/lost fillings causing irritation, swelling around a tooth, or a broken prosthetic that may require something other than a routine appointment. We do not cover Urgent Dental Care (or other Services that are not Emergency Dental Care) received outside of our Service Area or received from Non-Participating Providers and Non-Participating Dental Offices. Other Benefits Dental Services in conjunction with medically necessary general anesthesia or a medical emergency. We cover the dental Services described in the “Benefits” section when provided in a hospital or ambulatory surgical center, if the Services are performed at that location in order to obtain medically necessary general anesthesia for a member or in a hospital’s emergency department in order to provide dental Services in conjunction with a medical emergency.   • Service Area (a) SORACOM shall provide the SORACOM Air Global Service within the area designated on the web site of SORACOM (the “Service Area”), provided, that, the Service Area may be different if stated otherwise as specified by SORACOM separately. However, within the Service Area, you may not use the SORACOM Air Global Service in places where transmissions are difficult to send or receive.

  • Service Areas The MCP agrees to provide services to Aged, Blind or Disabled (ABD) members, Modified Adjusted Gross Income (MAGI) members, and Adult Extension members residing in the following service area(s): Central/Southeast Region ☒ Northeast Region ☒ West Region ☒ The ABD and MAGI categories of assistance are described in OAC rule 5160-26-02. The Adult Extension category is defined in Ohio’s Medicaid State Plan as authorized by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). The MCP shall serve all counties in any region they agree to serve.

  • Outside Services Consultant shall not use the service of any other person, entity, or organization in the performance of Consultant’s duties without the prior written consent of an officer of the Company. Should the Company consent to the use by Consultant of the services of any other person, entity, or organization, no information regarding the services to be performed under this Agreement shall be disclosed to that person, entity, or organization until such person, entity, or organization has executed an agreement to protect the confidentiality of the Company’s Confidential Information (as defined in Article 5) and the Company’s absolute and complete ownership of all right, title, and interest in the work performed under this Agreement.

  • Outpatient emergency and urgicenter services within the service area The emergency room copay applies to all outpatient emergency visits that do not result in hospital admission within twenty-four (24) hours. The urgicenter copay is the same as the primary care clinic office visit copay.

  • Use of Basement and Service Areas The basement(s) and service areas, if any, as located within the (project name), shall be earmarked for purposes such as parking spaces and services including but not limited to electric sub-station, transformer, DG set rooms, underground water tanks, pump rooms, maintenance and service rooms, fire fighting pumps and equipment's etc. and other permitted uses as per sanctioned plans. The Allottee shall not be permitted to use the services areas and the basements in any manner whatsoever, other than those earmarked as parking spaces, and the same shall be reserved for use by the association of allottees formed by the Allottees for rendering maintenance services.

  • Routing for Operator Services and Directory Assistance Traffic For a Verizon Telecommunications Service dial tone line purchased by CBB for resale pursuant to the Resale Attachment, upon request by CBB, Verizon will establish an arrangement that will permit CBB to route the CBB Customer’s calls for operator and directory assistance services to a provider of operator and directory assistance services selected by CBB. Verizon will provide this routing arrangement in accordance with, but only to the extent required by, Applicable Law. Verizon will provide this routing arrangement pursuant to an appropriate written request submitted by CBB and a mutually agreed-upon schedule. This routing arrangement will be implemented at CBB's expense, with charges determined on an individual case basis. In addition to charges for initially establishing the routing arrangement, CBB will be responsible for ongoing monthly and/or usage charges for the routing arrangement. CBB shall arrange, at its own expense, the trunking and other facilities required to transport traffic to CBB’s selected provider of operator and directory assistance services.
