Out of Country Coverage. The out of country coverage for active employees is four million dollars ($4,000,000).

Out of Country Coverage. The Company will provide ManuAssist Out-of- Country Coverage which offers employees “out-of-country” coverage without out-of-pocket expense for medical costs in excess of $300.
Out of Country Coverage. A limit on trip duration of 90 days shall be added to the plan such that only incidents that occur within the first 90 days of being out of the country will be eligible for reimbursement. Eligible Expenses are limited to $200,000 per person per trip. The trip duration limit shall be 60 days UWOPA eligible members who retire on or after July 1, 2007.
Out of Country Coverage. Out of Country coverage continues to cover the same type of expenses that were paid under the previous plan. (as per “Emergency Travel Assistance”). The Base Plan option covers a maximum of $25,000/year for Out of Country coverage costs. The Base Plan plus Option “B” covers unlimited excess costs for Out of Country coverage as per the Brochure. Also covered are all the same drugs that are covered in choice “A”.

  • Primary Coverage All insurance policies shall provide that the required coverage shall apply on a primary and not on an excess or contributing basis as to any other insurance that may be available to OGS or any Authorized User for any claim arising from a Contractor’s work under any Contract awarded as a result of this solicitation, or as a result of a Vendor or Contractor’s activities. Any other insurance maintained by OGS or any Authorized User shall be excess of and shall not contribute with the Vendor/Contractor’s insurance.

  • Liability Coverage For the benefit of System Agency, Grantee will at all times maintain liability insurance coverage, referred to in Tex. Gov. Code § 2261.102, as “director and officer liability coverage” or similar coverage for all persons in management or governing positions within Grantee’s organization or with management or governing authority over Grantee’s organization (collectively “responsible persons”). Grantee will:

  • Insurance Generally All insurance maintained by You pursuant to the foregoing provisions shall contain a waiver of subrogation rights in respect of any liability imposed by this Agreement on You as against Us. You shall hold Us harmless from, and shall bear the expense of, any applicable deductible amounts and self insured retentions provided for by any of the insurance policies required to be maintained under this Agreement. In the event of loss, You shall promptly pay amount of the deductible amount or self-insured retention or the applicable portion thereof to Us or the insurance carrier, as applicable. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Agreement, the fact that a loss may not be covered by insurance provided by You under this Agreement or, if covered, is subject to deductibles, retentions, conditions or limitations shall not affect Your liability for any loss. Should You fail to procure or pay the cost of maintaining in force the insurance specified herein, or to provide Us upon request with satisfactory evidence of the insurance, We may, but shall not be obliged to, procure the insurance and You shall reimburse Us on demand for its costs. Lapse or cancellation of the required insurance shall be deemed to be an immediate and automatic default of this agreement. The grant by You of a sublease of the Equipment rented/leased shall not affect Your obligation to procure insurance on Our behalf, or otherwise affect Your obligations under this Agreement.

  • Family Coverage The employee’s cost for family coverage will be nineteen and one-half percent (19.5%) of the family rate for the employee’s Base Medical Plan. If the employee chooses a plan other than the Base Medical Plan, the employee’s cost will be the standard employee’s family rate established for that plan (i.e. the rate applicable where it has not been modified to be a zone’s Base Medical Plan). The employer shall pay the rate over and above the employee’s cost for the Base Medical Plan.

  • Automobile Liability Coverage Consultant shall maintain automobile liability insurance covering bodily injury and property damage for all activities of the Consultant arising out of or in connection with the work to be performed under this Agreement, including coverage for owned, hired and non- owned vehicles, in an amount of not less than one million dollars ($1,000,000) combined single limit for each occurrence.

  • Asset Coverage The Borrower will not at any time permit the aggregate amount of Total Liabilities that are Senior Securities Representing Indebtedness to exceed 33 1/3% of its Adjusted Net Assets.

  • Warranty Coverage The warranty on work and materials commences on your date of possession and provides up to a maximum of $300,000 in coverage. There are limitations on scope and duration as follows. Your builder warrants that your home will, on delivery, have these warranties: One-Year Warranty • Your home is constructed in a workmanlike manner, free from defects in material, is fit for habitation and complies with Ontario’s Building Code • Protects against the unauthorized substitution of items specified in the Agreement of Purchase and Sale or selected by you Two-Year Warranty • Protects against water penetration through the basement or foundation walls, windows, and the building envelope • Covers defects in work or materials in the electrical, plumbing, and heating delivery and distribution systems • Covers defects in work or materials that result in the detachment, displacement, or deterioration of exterior cladding (such as brick work, aluminum, or vinyl siding) • Protects against violations of Ontario’s Building Code that affect health and safety Seven-Year Warranty • Protects against defects in work or materials that affect a structural load-bearing element of the home resulting in structural failure or that materially and adversely compromise the structural integrity; and/or that materially and adversely affect the use of a significant portion of the home. Continued… Warranty Exclusions Your warranty, provided to you by your builder and backed by Xxxxxx, is a limited warranty - not all deficiencies are covered. And the protection provided by Tarion is also limited. Exclusions to coverage include: normal wear and tear, damage caused by improper maintenance, damage caused by a third party, secondary damage caused by defects that are under warranty, supplementary warranties, deficiencies caused by homeowner actions, elevators, HVAC appliances, specific defects accepted in writing and damage resulting from an Act of God.

  • Hazard and Liability Insurance The Administrative Agent shall have received certificates of insurance, evidence of payment of all insurance premiums for the current policy year of each, and, if requested by the Administrative Agent, copies (certified by a Responsible Officer) of insurance policies in the form required under the Security Documents and otherwise in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.

  • Required Insurance The HSP will put into effect and maintain, with insurers having a secure A.M. Best rating of B+ or greater, or the equivalent, all the necessary and appropriate insurance that a prudent person in the business of the HSP would maintain including, but not limited to, the following at its own expense.

  • Group Insurance 38.01 The Group Insurance Plan presently in effect shall remain in effect during the term of this Agreement.
