Other Government Departments. 8.1 The Joint Review Panel may request federal authorities and provincial authorities having specialized information or knowledge with respect to the project to make that information or knowledge available to the Joint Review Panel in an acceptable manner.
Other Government Departments. 7.1. At the request of the Panel, federal and provincial authorities having specialist knowledge with respect to the Project shall provide available information and knowledge in a manner acceptable to the Panel. Subject to clause 7.1 of this Agreement and subsection 12(3) of the Canadian Environmental Assessment Act, nothing in this Agreement shall restrict participation by way of submission to the Panel by other federal or provincial government departments or bodies.

Other Government Departments. 16.13 Where Watch Lists and shared fraud data is provided, the Supplier shall provide the Customer with contextual information indicating the source of the intelligence and reason for inclusion.
Other Government Departments. 22.1 Memoranda of understanding are in place with a number of Government Departments, including the Home Office (Immigration Enforcement) and the Welsh Government. Where appropriate, the PPO will report to relevant Ministers and make contact with officials in sponsoring Departments, as well as the Welsh Government.
Other Government Departments. 23.1 The National Chair may also correspond with other Government Departments regarding the findings of IMBs, where appropriate.
