Opinion of Cayman Islands Counsel for the Company. The Representatives shall have received an opinion of Xxxxxx and Calder (Hong Kong) LLP, Cayman Islands counsel for the Company, dated such Closing Date, as the case may be, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Representatives.
Opinion of Cayman Islands Counsel for the Company. On each of the First Closing Date and each Option Closing Date the Representatives shall have received the opinion of Ogier, Cayman Islands counsel for the Company, dated as of such date, in form and substance satisfactory to the Representatives.
Opinion of Cayman Islands Counsel for the Company. The Company shall have requested and caused Campbells, Cayman Islands counsel for the Company, to have furnished to the Representative their opinion, dated the Closing Date and addressed to the Representative. In rendering such opinion, such counsel may rely as to matters of fact, to the extent they deem proper, on certificates of responsible officers of the Company and public officials. References to the Prospectus in this paragraph (g) shall also include any supplements thereto at the Closing Date.
Opinion of Cayman Islands Counsel for the Company. Walkers, Cayman Islands counsel for the Company, shall have furnished to the Representatives, at the request of the Company, their written opinion, dated the Closing Date or the Additional Closing Date, as the case may be, and addressed to the Underwriters, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Representatives.
Opinion of Cayman Islands Counsel for the Company. At each Closing Date, the Underwriters shall have received the written opinion of Campbells, dated such Closing Date and addressed to the Representative, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Underwriters
Opinion of Cayman Islands Counsel for the Company. The Company shall have requested and caused Xxxxxx and Calder, Cayman Islands counsel for the Company, to have furnished to the Underwriters its opinions dated the Closing Date and any settlement date, as applicable, and addressed to the Underwriters, in a form reasonably acceptable to the Underwriters.
Opinion of Cayman Islands Counsel for the Company. At the Closing Time and each Date of Delivery, the Representatives shall have received an opinion, dated as of the Closing Time or such Date of Delivery, as the case may be, of Xxxxxxx, Xxxx & Xxxxxxx, Cayman Islands counsel for the Company, in form and substance satisfactory to the Representatives, together with signed or reproduced copies of such letter for each of the other Underwriters, to the effect set forth in Exhibit A-2 and to such further effect as the Representatives may reasonably request.

Xxxxxxx, Xxxx & Xxxxxxx, Cayman Islands counsel for the Company, shall have furnished to the Representatives, at the request of the Company, their written opinion, dated the Closing Date or the Additional Closing Date, as the case may be, and addressed to the Underwriters, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Representatives, to the effect set forth in Annex A-1 hereto.

Opinion of Cayman Islands Counsel for the Company. The favorable opinion, dated such Date of Delivery, of Xxxxxx and Calder, Cayman Islands counsel for the Company, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Underwriters, together with signed or reproduced copies of such letter for each of the other Underwriters, relating to the Option Securities to be purchased on such Date of Delivery and otherwise to the same effect as the opinion required by Section 6(f) hereof.
