Common use of Opinion of Cayman Islands Counsel for the Company Clause in Contracts

Opinion of Cayman Islands Counsel for the Company. The Company shall have requested and caused Xxxxxx and Calder, Cayman Islands counsel for the Company, to have furnished to the Underwriters its opinions dated the Closing Date and any settlement date, as applicable, and addressed to the Underwriters, in a form reasonably acceptable to the Underwriters.

Opinion of Cayman Islands Counsel for the Company. The Company shall have requested and caused Xxxxxx and CalderCalder (Cayman) LLP, Cayman Islands counsel for the Company, to have furnished to the Underwriters its opinions dated the Closing Date and any settlement date, as applicable, and addressed to the Underwriters, in a form reasonably acceptable to the Underwriters.

The Company shall have requested and caused Xxxxxx and Calder, Cayman Islands counsel for the Company, to shall have furnished to the Underwriters its opinions Representatives, at the request of the Company, their written opinion, dated the Closing Date and any settlement date, as applicable, and addressed to the Underwriters, in a form and substance reasonably acceptable satisfactory to the UnderwritersRepresentatives, to the effect set forth in Annex C-2 hereto.

Opinion of Cayman Islands Counsel for the Company. The Company Underwriter shall have requested received an opinion, dated such Closing Date, of Mxxxxx and caused Xxxxxx and CalderCxxxxx, Cayman Islands counsel for the Company, to have furnished in form and substance satisfactory to the Underwriters its opinions dated the Closing Date and any settlement date, as applicable, and addressed to the Underwriters, in a form reasonably acceptable to the UnderwritersUnderwriter.

Opinion of Cayman Islands Counsel for the Company. The Company Underwriter shall have requested and caused received an opinion of Xxxxxx and CalderCalder (Hong Kong) LLP, Cayman Islands counsel for the Company, to have furnished dated such Closing Date, as the case may be, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Underwriters its opinions dated the Closing Date and any settlement date, as applicable, and addressed to the Underwriters, in a form reasonably acceptable to the UnderwritersUnderwriter.

Opinion of Cayman Islands Counsel for the Company. The Company On the First Closing Date and the Option Closing Date, the Underwriter shall have requested and caused Xxxxxx and Calderreceived the opinion of Xxxxxxx Xxxx & Xxxxxxx, Cayman Islands counsel for the Company, to have furnished in form and substance satisfactory to the Underwriters its opinions Underwriter, dated the as of such Closing Date and any settlement date, as applicable, and addressed to the Underwriters, in a form reasonably acceptable to the UnderwritersDate.
