Open Educational Resources service. The University will endeavour to ensure that you are named as the presenter of the lecture and the University may choose any appropriate form to achieve this objective. You may cancel this agreement in writing at any time prior to the start of your lecture. At any time after your lecture has taken place you may submit a written request to the University to suspend access to the Recording or to delete the Recording. The University will otherwise retain the Recording within the lecture recording service for the retention period specified above. This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between us in respect of its subject matter. Any variations to the agreement must be in writing and signed by both of us. Any disputes under this agreement will be determined according to Scots law and the courts of Scotland will have the exclusive jurisdiction to adjudicate on them.   • Stock Plan Administration Service Provider The Company transfers the Participant's Personal Information to Fidelity Stock Plan Services LLC, an independent service provider based in the United States, which assists the Company with the implementation, administration and management of the Plan (the “Stock Plan Administrator”). In the future, the Company may select a different Stock Plan Administrator and share the Participant's Personal Information with another company that serves in a similar manner. The Stock Plan Administrator will open an account for the Participant to receive and trade Shares acquired under the Plan. The Participant will be asked to agree on separate terms and data processing practices with the Stock Plan Administrator, which is a condition to the Participant’s ability to participate in the Plan.   • Educational Services Any service or supply for education, training or retraining services or testing including: special education, remedial education; cognitive remediation; wilderness/outdoor treatment, therapy or adventure programs (whether or not the program is part of a Residential Treatment facility or otherwise licensed institution); job training or job hardening programs; educational services and schooling or any such related or similar program including therapeutic programs within a school setting.

  • Standards of Service (a) The Permittee shall furnish good, prompt and efficient service adequate to meet all the demands for its services at the Airport, and furnish said services on a fair, equal and nondiscriminatory basis to all users thereof; provided, however, that the Permittee shall be allowed to make reasonable and nondiscriminatory discounts or other similar types of price reductions to volume purchasers or users.
