Offsite Facilities. A. The college shall request that any off-campus entity or facility hosting a DCE class provide access to an assigned classroom to the DCE Unit member at least 15 minutes prior to and after the scheduled start and finish time of a class.
Offsite Facilities. Owner is required to construct and install all Offsite Facilities at its cost. Owner agrees to complete the Offsite Facilities within 180 days from the date of issuance by the City of all required permits for the construction of the Improvements, subject to Force Majeure set forth in Section 7. l 0.
Offsite Facilities. All wastewater facilities, equipment or related improvements necessary to serve the Land and not located on the Land and being located between the Onsite Facilities and the Connection Point, if any.
Offsite Facilities. Owner is required to construct and install all Offsite Facilities at its cost. Owner agrees to complete the Offsite Facilities within 365 days of the City’s issuance of the Site Development Permit for the Land.
Offsite Facilities. All wastewater facilities, equipment or related improvements necessary to serve the Land and located between the Onsite Facilities and the connection point at Osage Court as shown on the attached Exhibit C. The Offsite Facilities include the actual physical connection between the Onsite Facilities to the Offsite Facilities. Offsite Facilities will require a bore under XX 00.

All wastewater facilities, equipment or related improvements necessary to serve the Land and located between the Onsite Facilities and the connection point shown on the attached Exhibit C. The Offsite Facilities include the actual physical connection between the Onsite Facilities to the Offsite Facilities.

Offsite Facilities include a trunk line that extends from the Connection Point to the northwest corner of Xxxxx Xxxxx and Xxxx Xxxx Loop sufficient to handle LUEs.
