Finish Time Sample Clauses

The Finish Time clause defines the specific point at which a party’s obligations under an agreement are considered complete. Typically, this clause sets a clear deadline or condition, such as the completion of a project milestone or the delivery of goods, after which no further performance is required. By establishing a definitive endpoint, the clause helps prevent disputes over lingering responsibilities and ensures both parties have a mutual understanding of when contractual duties end.
