Off Campus Activities. It is recognized that during the course of the school year, School Resource Officers may be required to attend meetings and training that support their professional certification and/or the School Resource Officer Program. Where possible, training will take place when school is not in session. A School Resource Officer may not elect to participate in additional training activities or other non-mandatory events that take them away from the campus without the approval of the school principal and Daytona Beach Police Department representatives.

  • Business Activities The Company will not, and will not permit any of its Restricted Subsidiaries to, engage in any business other than Permitted Businesses, except to such extent as would not be material to the Company and its Restricted Subsidiaries taken as a whole.
