Mandatory Events definition

Mandatory Events means events that are initiated by an issuer of securities that affects all shareholders. Participation of shareholders is mandatory though there may be an option to determine the outturn received.
Mandatory Events has the meaning specified in Section 2.7 of this Agreement.

Examples of Mandatory Events in a sentence

  • Two (2) Mandatory Events, with choice of Back to School Night, Parent Teacher Conference or Academic Fair and one (1) Choice Event of the Teacher’s choosing.

  • Mandatory Events of smaller scale and scope like dinners, opening night parties, soirees, embassy dinners/appearances, attendance at the annual gala, hospital and retirement home visits, membership club performances and parades, lecture demonstrations, Q & A sessions before/after performances, library visits, cultural activities, fashion shows, magazine photo shoots, charity performances, and other media events not covered in other Paragraphs of the Agreement.
