Notice of Mortgage. The Borrower shall keep the Mortgage registered against the Ship as a valid first priority mortgage, carry on board the Ship a certified copy of the Mortgage and place and maintain in a conspicuous place in the navigation room and the Master’s cabin of the Ship a framed printed notice stating that the Ship is mortgaged by the Borrower to the Security Trustee.
Notice of Mortgage to place and at all times and places to retain a properly certified copy of the Mortgage (which shall form part of the Ship's documents) on board the Ship with her papers and cause such certified copy of the Mortgage to be exhibited to any and all persons having business with the Ship which might create or imply any commitment or encumbrance whatsoever on or in respect of the Ship (other than a lien for crew's wages and salvage) and to any representative of the Mortgagee and to place and keep prominently displayed in the navigation room and in the Master's cabin of the Ship a framed printed notice in plain type reading as follows:

Each Guarantor shall keep the Mortgage recorded against the Ship owned by it as a valid first preferred mortgage, carry on board that Ship a certified copy of the Mortgage and place and maintain in a conspicuous place in the navigation room and the master’s cabin of that Ship a framed printed notice stating that that Ship is mortgaged by that Guarantor to the Security Trustee.
Notice of Mortgage. The Shipowner will place, and at all times and places will retain a properly certified copy of this Mortgage on board the Vessel with her papers and will cause such certified copy and the Vessel’s marine document to be exhibited to any and all persons having business therewith which might give rise to any lien thereon other than liens for crew’s wages and salvage, and to any representative of the Mortgagee. The Shipowner will place and keep prominently displayed in the chart room and in the Master’s cabin on the Vessel a framed printed notice in plain type reading as follows: NOTICE OF MORTGAGE THIS VESSEL IS OWNED BY [SHIPOWNER], AND IS SUBJECT TO A FIRST PREFERRED MORTGAGE IN FAVOR OF NORDEA BANK FINLAND PLC, NEW YORK BRANCH, AS TRUSTEE/MORTGAGEE UNDER AUTHORITY OF CHAPTER 3 OF THE XXXXXXXX XXXXXXX XXXXXXXX XXX 0000, AS AMENDED. UNDER THE TERMS OF SAID MORTGAGE, NEITHER THE SHIPOWNER, ANY CHARTERER, THE MASTER OF THE VESSEL, NOR ANY OTHER PERSON HAS ANY RIGHT, POWER OR AUTHORITY TO CREATE, INCUR OR PERMIT TO BE PLACED OR IMPOSED UPON THE VESSEL, ANY ENCUMBRANCES WHATSOEVER OR ANY OTHER LIEN WHATSOEVER OTHER THAN FOR CREW’S WAGES AND SALVAGE.
Notice of Mortgage. A framed printed notice of the Ship’s Mortgage shall be prominently displayed in the navigation room and in the Master’s cabin of the Ship. The notice must be in plain type and read as follows:
Notice of Mortgage. The Landlord hereby gives notice to the Tenant and the Tenant hereby accepts receipt of such notice that the Landlord may recover possession of the Room and Flat under Grounds 28 and 10 - 16 inclusive of the Housing Xxx 0000 and Ground 17 of the Housing Xxx 0000. The Landlord further gives notice that the Building is subject to a mortgage granted before commencement of this Agreement and possession may be also be recovered under Ground 2 in part One of schedule Two of the Housing Xxx 0000 where:

No-one will have any right, power or authority to create, incur or permit to be imposed upon the Ship any lien whatsoever other than for crew’s wages and salvage.

Notice of Mortgage. (a) A properly certified copy of the Mortgage shall be carried on board each self-propelled Vessel with that Vessel's documents and shall be exhibited on demand to any Person having business with such Vessel or to any Secretary's representative.
Notice of Mortgage. Mortgagor will at all times carry on board the Vessel (with the ship's papers) a certified copy of this Mortgage and any amendments and supplements hereto and any assignments hereof, and will exhibit or cause to be exhibited the same to any Person having business with the Vessel which might give rise to a Lien upon the Vessel or to the sale, conveyance, mortgage or lease thereof and, on demand, to any representative of Mortgagee. Mortgagor will also place and keep prominently displayed on the Vessel a framed printed notice in plain type of such size that the paragraph of reading matter shall cover a space of not less than six inches wide by nine inches high (or such other dimensions as may be required by law) reading as follows: "NOTICE OF MORTGAGE This Vessel is owned by Noble Drilling (Paul Xxxxxx) Xxc. and is subject to a First Naval Mortgage in favor of Chase Bank of Texas, National Association, as Indenture Trustee, as Mortgagee, a certified copy of which Mortgage is kept with this Vessel's papers. Under the terms of said Mortgage, neither the owner, any charterer or subcharterer, the master of this Vessel nor any other person has any right, power or authority to create, incur or permit to be placed or imposed upon this Vessel any lien whatsoever other than the lien of said Mortgage, liens for wages, general average or salvage, and certain other liens permitted by the provisions of said Mortgage."
