OEU. The Contractor shall not hold an OEU responsible for payments against an individual transaction while that transaction resides in an unresolved ‘disputed’ status. If an OEU’s authorized Cardholder is determined, by means of the Disputed Transaction Procedures, to be to be responsible for the disputed charges, the OEU shall pay for goods and services received.
OEU. The Contractor shall be responsible for notifying an OEU’s Purchasing Card Administrator, in writing, when the Contractor believes that an OEU’s payment is in arrears. The Contractor shall provide the OEU with the information necessary to perform a review of the Corporate Account.
