Long Term Occasional Teachers or teachers hired in term positions, shall be eligible for the SEB as described herein for a maximum of eight (8) weeks with the length of the benefit limited by the term of the assignment. Teachers on daily casual assignments are not entitled to the benefits outlined in this article.

Exclusive Service Employee shall devote his best efforts and full time to rendering services on behalf of the Corporation in furtherance of its best interests. NOTICE TO EMPLOYEES REGARDING THE SAFELY SURRENDERED BABY LAW The Contractor shall notify and provide to its employees, and shall require each Subcontractor to notify and provide to its employees, a fact sheet regarding the Safely Surrendered Baby Law, its implementation in Los Angeles County, and where and how to safely surrender a baby. The fact sheet is set forth in Exhibit I of this Contract and is also available on the Internet at xxx.xxxxxxxxxx.xxx for printing purposes.

Exclusive Employment During employment with the Company, Executive will not do anything to compete with the Company’s present or contemplated business, nor will he plan or organize any competitive business activity. Executive will not enter into any agreement which conflicts with his duties or obligations to the Company. What Will Happen After We Receive Your Letter When we receive your letter, we must do two things:
Reemployment Rights a. Laid-off employees are eligible for reemployment in the classification from which laid off for a thirty-nine (39) month period from the effective date of layoff and shall be reemployed in the reverse order of layoff, as vacancies become available.
Unbroken Vacation Period An Employee shall receive an unbroken period of vacation unless mutually agreed upon between the Employee and the Employer.
