Supported Configuration definition

Supported Configuration means a configuration in which the Licensed Software interoperates in a customer’s environment involving hardware platforms, operating systems, software applications, and other third party solutions that we have validated, approved or verified. In certain instances, even if your configuration is a Supported Configuration, we may attempt to, or we may ask you to, reproduce the Problem in a similar environment.
Supported Configuration means the hardware and software environment in which the Licensee is utilising the Software and for which the Licensor has agreed to investigate and validate a support request. Such configuration shall consist of: (i) one (1) hardware environment; and (ii) the version of the Software for which the Licensor has agreed to provide support;
Supported Configuration means a configuration in which the Software operates in a customer’s environment that solely consists of supported operating systems, hardware platforms, software applications, firmware levels, databases, devices, device drivers, and Symantec custom-developed scripts and other configuration elements stated in your Documentation, or that we have validated, approved, or verified for operation in conjunction with the Software. For these purposes, references to the “environment” mean the hardware platforms, operating systems, software applications, and other third party solutions you are using with the Software.

Examples of Supported Configuration in a sentence

  • For purposes herein, the term “Platform” shall mean a single BSI Supported Configuration of the following: a single database, single server, single client software, and single operating system.

More Definitions of Supported Configuration

Supported Configuration means a configuration in which the product operates in a customer’s environment that solely consists of supported operating systems, hardware platforms, software applications, firmware levels, databases, devices, device drivers, and Veritas custom-developed scripts and other configuration elements stated in the customer’s documentation, or that Veritas has validated, approved, or verified for operation in conjunction with the product. For these purposes, references to the “environment” include the hardware platforms, operating systems, software applications, and other third-party solutions the customer may be using with the product.
Supported Configuration means a configuration in which the Product operates in a customer’s environment that solely consists of supported operating systems, hardware platforms, software applications, firmware levels, databases, devices, device drivers, and Veritas custom-developed scripts and other configuration elements stated in the customer’s Documentation, or that Veritas has validated, approved, or verified for operation in conjunction with the Product. For these purposes, references to the “environment” include the hardware platforms, operating systems, software applications, and other third-party solutions the customer may be using with the Product. For avoidance of doubt, Appliances that include additional software or third party hardware that has not been validated, approved or verified by Veritas will not be considered as operating in a Supported Configuration.
Supported Configuration means the hardware and Spectra Database product environment in which Customer is utilizing the Spectra Database product and for which STJE has agreed to investigate and validate a support request. Such configuration shall consist of: (i) one (1) hardware environment; (ii) the OS and software environment on the computer (iii) the version of the Spectra Database product for which STJE has agreed to provide support and/or maintenance. Supported Configuration means a configuration in which the Appliance operates in a customer’s environment that solely consists of supported operating systems, hardware platforms, software applications, firmware levels, databases, devices, device drivers, and Veritas custom-developed scripts and other configuration elements stated in your Documentation, or that we have validated, approved, or verified for operation in conjunction with the Appliance. Appliances that include additional software or third party hardware that has not been validated, approved or verified by Veritas will not be considered as operating in a Supported Configuration. For these purposes, references to the “environment” mean the hardware platforms, operating systems, software applications, and other third party solutions you are using with the Appliance.

Related to Supported Configuration

  • Configuration means State-specific changes made to the Software without Source Code or structural data model changes occurring.

  • Software Upgrade means a release of Software, in object code form, or firmware, which adds new functionality and feature enhancements to the Software or Equipment.

  • Peer support specialist means an individual who has experienced a severe and persistent mental illness and who has successfully completed standardized training to provide peer support services through the medical assistance program or the Iowa Behavioral Health Care Plan.

  • functionality means the ability of a tenderer to provide goods or services in accordance with specifications as set out in the tender documents.

  • technical specification means a document that prescribes technical requirements to be fulfilled by a product, process or service;

  • Customization means any customer-specific modification to software that requires changes to the software’s source code.

  • Service Specification means and include detailed description, statements to technical data, performance characteristics, and standards (Indian as well as) as applicable and as specified in the Contract as well as those specifications relating to Industry standards and codes applicable to the performance of the work, work performance quality and the specifications affecting the works or any additional specification required to be produced by the DCO to meet the design criteria.

  • Upgrade means a major version upgrade of any Platform software.

  • Interoperability means the ability of a CenturyLink OSS Function to process seamlessly (i.e., without any manual intervention) business transactions with CLEC's OSS application, and vice versa, by means of secure exchange of transaction data models that use data fields and usage rules that can be received and processed by the other Party to achieve the intended OSS Function and related response.   • Customer Systems means the Customer's information technology infrastructure, including computers, software, hardware, databases, electronic systems (including database management systems) and networks, whether operated directly by Customer or through the use of third-party services.

  • Access Card means an ATM card, debit card or credit card and includes our Visa Card

  • Customer System means the Customer's computing environment (consisting of hardware, software and/or telecommunications networks or equipment) used by the Customer or the Supplier in connection with this Contract which is owned by or licensed to the Customer by a third party and which interfaces with the Supplier System or which is necessary for the Customer to receive the Services;

  • Model shall refer to a particular brand of Vehicle sold by an OEM (e.g., Taurus, Tahoe, Grand Caravan).

  • Customer Software means software which is owned by or licensed to the Customer, including software which is or will be used by the Supplier for the purposes of providing the Goods and/or Services but excluding the Supplier Software;

  • Supplier Software means software which is proprietary to the Supplier or its Affiliates which is used or supplied by the Supplier in the provision of the Services; Supplier Staff means all persons employed or engaged by the Supplier together with the Supplier's servants, agents, suppliers, consultants and Sub-Contractors (and all persons employed by any Sub-Contractor together with the Sub-Contractor’s servants, consultants, agents, suppliers and Sub-Contractors) used in the performance of its obligations under this Contract; Time and Materials means the pricing mechanism for the Services as may be agreed by the Parties and set out at paragraph Error: Reference source not found in the SOW; TUPE means the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006 (SI 2006/246) as amended or replaced or any other regulations or UK legislation implementing the Acquired Rights Directive; Velocity means the Metric which measures the total number of Story Points for Stories that have been accepted in a Sprint, indicating the rate of progress towards Acceptance of all Stories from the Product Backlog;

  • Software Updates means the Software releases, service packs, build updates or emergency fixes released from time to time in accordance with the Vocera’s update policy for such Software.

  • Service Specifications means the following documents, as applicable to the Services under Your order:

  • Supplier System means the information and communications technology system used by the Supplier in performing the Services including the Software, the Equipment and related cabling (but excluding the Customer System);

  • Software Update means a package used to upgrade software to a new version including a change of the configuration parameters.

  • Smart Meter means a meter which tells us how much Energy you are using without us having to visit your home and which enables you to see how much Energy you are using;

  • Customer Specific Training means a private Course organized on demand specifically for Customer.

  • Brand Name Specification means a specification limited to one or more items by manufacturers’ names or catalogue number.

  • Interface means the mixture occurring in pipeline operations between adjoining batches having similar or dissimilar physical characteristics.

  • Network Upgrades means modifications or additions to transmission-related facilities that are integrated with and support the Transmission Provider’s overall Transmission System for the general benefit of all users of such Transmission System. Network Upgrades shall include:

  • Standard Software means Software identified as such in Appendix 4 of the Contract Agreement and such other Software as the parties may agree in writing to be Standard Software.

  • Custom Local Area Signaling Service Features (CLASS Features) means certain Common Channel Signaling based features available to End Users, including: Automatic Call Back; Call Trace; Distinctive Ringing/Call Waiting; Selective Call Forward; and Selective Call Rejection.
