The County agrees to provide Public Body, without fee or cost, with data available as GIS Data and/or Access Oakland Products in retrievable form for public purposes permitted by law, including but not limited to assessing, planning, zoning, property inspection, economic or community development, public safety, public works, parks and recreation, and engineering.

OAKLAND COUNTY RESPONSIBILITIES. 3.1. Subject to the terms and conditions in this Agreement, and except as otherwise provided by law, the Oakland County shall provide those services for the Lapeer County as described in Exhibit II.
OAKLAND COUNTY RESPONSIBILITIES. 2.1. County may perform Vehicle Services on Public Body’s Vehicles on a Vehicle by Vehicle basis during County’s normal working hours. County reserves the right to, in its sole discretion, refuse to perform all or any portion of the Vehicle Services for Public Body. County will notify Public Body within a reasonable time, after County evaluates and inspects Public Body’s Vehicle and work request, that County is refusing to do all or any portion of the Vehicles Services that Public Body requested.

  • County Responsibilities 5.1 The COUNTY shall designate a COUNTY staff member to act as COUNTY’s Project Manager. It is agreed to by the parties that the COUNTY’s Project Manager will decide all questions, difficulties, or disputes, of whatever nature, which may arise relative to the interpretation of the plans, construction, prosecution and fulfillment of the Scope of Services, and as to the character, quality, amount and value of any work done, and materials furnished, under or by reason of this Agreement. The COUNTY’s Project Manager may appoint representatives as desired that will be authorized to inspect all work done and all materials furnished.

  • City Responsibilities The City will:

  • Faculty Responsibilities The principles of academic freedom shall be accompanied by corresponding principles of Faculty responsibility. While workload and additional Faculty responsibilities may be provided for elsewhere in this Agreement, the following are among the basic responsibilities of the Faculty:

  • University Responsibilities (1) The University will use its best efforts to see that students selected for participation in the ALE are prepared for effective participation in the training phase of their overall education. The University will retain ultimate responsibility for the education of its students.

  • State Responsibilities 5.1. In connection with Vendor's provision of the Services, Delaware shall perform those tasks and fulfill those responsibilities specified in the appropriate Appendices.

  • Agency Responsibilities Agency is responsible for (a) Agency’s use of Axon Devices; (b) breach of this Agreement or violation of applicable law by Agency or an Agency end user; and (c) a dispute between Agency and a third-party over Agency’s use of Axon Devices.

  • SAFETY RESPONSIBILITIES Contractor will adhere to all applicable CalOSHA requirements in performing work pursuant to this Agreement. Contractor agrees that in the performance of work under this Agreement, Contractor will provide for the safety needs of its employees and will be responsible for maintaining the standards necessary to minimize health and safety hazards.

  • Districts Responsibilities 1. The DISTRICT shall provide to the ARCHITECT information regarding requirements for the PROJECT, including information regarding the DISTRICT’s objectives, schedule, and budget constraints, as well as any other criteria provided by the DISTRICT.

  • FACILITY RESPONSIBILITIES (1) The Facility will retain responsibility for the care of its clients and will maintain administrative and professional supervision of students insofar as their presence and program assignments affect the operation of the Facility and its care, direct and indirect, of its clients. No provision of this MOU shall prevent any Facility client from requesting not to be a teaching client or prevent any member of the Facility’s staff from designating any client as a non-teaching client.
