Public Body Compliance. Public Body shall comply with the terms and conditions in this Exhibit, the Pictometry Authorized Subdivision Agreement, the License Agreements, any new agreement mentioned in paragraph 2.5, and any applicable laws, rules, and regulations when accessing or using the Licensed Products. Public Body’s access and use of the Licensed Products may be suspended or terminated if County is in breach of the License Agreements or if Public Body is in breach of this Exhibit, the Pictometry Authorized Subdivision Agreement, the License Agreements, any new agreement mentioned in paragraph 2.5, or any applicable laws, rules, and regulations when accessing or using the Licensed Products. Public Body acknowledges and agrees that it has received and reviewed the License Agreements.

Public Body’s access and use of AGO may be suspended or terminated if County is in breach of the Enterprise Agreement or if Public Body is in breach of this Exhibit, the CVT Acknowledgement Statement, the License Agreement, any new agreement mentioned in paragraph 3.4, or any applicable laws, rules, and regulations when accessing or using AGO. Public Body acknowledges and agrees that it has received and reviewed the License Agreement.
