Notice of Possession Proceedings. (NOPP) Introductory tenants who have breached their conditions of tenancy will receive a Notice of Possession Proceedings (NOPP). It means the Council intends to obtain an order for possession from the court to make you leave the property. You will have the right to request a review of the Council's decision. Notice This is a formal written document, given either by you or the Council, to end the tenancy agreement. Notices given by the Council would include Proceedings for Possession, Notice to Quit or Notice of Seeking Possession.

Notice of Possession Proceedings. A notice served on you by us in accordance with section 128 of the Housing Act 1996 that we will be asking the Court to end your introductory tenancy and make a possession order of the property Notice to Quit A notice served on you by us to end your tenancy at the end of the notice period.
Notice of Possession Proceedings. If you do not break any of the tenancy conditions during this time, you will automatically become a ‘secure tenant’ after a 12 month period. As an introductory tenant, you do NOT have all the rights of a secure tenant. You do not have the right to: • buy the property • exchange the property with another tenant • vote for a change to a new landlord • take in lodgers • sublet all or part of your home • make any alterations or improvements. If you break any of the conditions during your introductory tenancy, we may take legal action to end your tenancy.

The Contract Dispute Resolution Board, in its discretion, may combine more than one dispute between the parties for concurrent resolution.

  • Discontinuance of Proceedings In case the Collateral Agent shall have instituted any proceeding to enforce any right, power or remedy under this Agreement by foreclosure, sale, entry or otherwise, and such proceeding shall have been discontinued or abandoned for any reason or shall have been determined adversely to the Collateral Agent, then and in every such case the relevant Assignor, the Collateral Agent and each holder of any of the Obligations shall be restored to their former positions and rights hereunder with respect to the Collateral subject to the security interest created under this Agreement, and all rights, remedies and powers of the Collateral Agent shall continue as if no such proceeding had been instituted.
