Notice of payroll changes. Where the Board is made aware of a proposed change in the payroll system which will affect the payment schedule and documentation to the Union and/or the employee, the Board shall contact the Union and the parties will discuss the matter. It is agreed that any Library-initiated change to the system that would affect the payment schedule and documentation to the Union and/or employees shall not be implemented until four (4) weeks after notice and discussion have taken place. The Board agrees to notify the service provider of its need to know of such change to the system so it may meet its obligation under this provision.
