Notice of Payment by Trustee. Not less than 15 days’ notice shall be given in the manner provided in Section 13.2 by the Trustee to the Debentureholders of any payment to be made under this Article 8. Such notice shall state the time when and place where such payment is to be made and also the liability under this Indenture to which it is to be applied. After the day so fixed, unless payment shall have been duly demanded and have been refused, the Debentureholders will be entitled to interest only on the balance (if any) of the principal monies, premium (if any) and interest due (if any) to them, respectively, on the Debentures, after deduction of the respective amounts payable in respect thereof on the day so fixed.

Such notice shall state the time when and place where such payment is to be made and also the liability under this Indenture upon which it is to be applied. After the day so fixed, unless payment shall have been duly demanded and have been refused, the Debt Security holders will be entitled to interest only on the balance (if any) of the principal moneys, premium (if any) and interest due to them, respectively, on the Debt Securities, after deduction of the respective amounts payable in respect thereof on the day so fixed.
Notice of Payment by Trustee. SECTION 8.7 Not less than 21 days' notice shall be given by the Trustee to the Debenture holders of any payment to be made under this Article 8 to the Debenture holders. Such notice shall state the time when and the place where such payment is to be made, the liability under this Indenture upon which it is to be applied and the amount of the payment and the application thereof as between principal and interest. After the day so fixed, unless payment Shall have been duly demanded and have been refused, the Debenture holders will be entitled to interest only on the balance (if any) of the principal moneys and interest due to them, respectively, on the Debentures, after deduction of the respective amounts payable in respect thereof on the day so fixed.
