Notice by Employee and Employer. If greater than one year of service, full-time and part-time employees must give the employer at least two weeks written notice. For Level 2 & 3 employees the notice as outlined in clause 4.1.2(a) below, must be given in writing, signed and dated and given to their immediate supervisor to terminate the contract of employment or forfeit the equivalent weeks pay as outlined in the clause in lieu of such notice.
