Weeks pay definition

Weeks pay means the rate of pay for the employee concerned at the date of termination, and shall include in addition to the ordinary pay any over- agreement payments and the following, if applicable:
Weeks pay means the ordinary weekly rate of wage for the employee concerned.
Weeks pay means an employee(s) normal rate of pay for an ordinary week's work at the time of Notice of Termination.

Weeks pay means the ordinary time rate of pay for the employee concerned: Provided that the following amounts are excluded from the calculation of the ordinary time rate of pay: overtime, penalty rates, disability allowances, shift allowances, special rates, fares and travelling time allowances, bonuses and any other ancillary payments.
