  • Meeting Space and Facilities The Employer’s offices and facilities may be used by the Union to hold meetings, subject to the agency’s policy, availability of the space and with prior authorization of the Employer.

  • Vacating Premises (i) If the Assuming Bank elects not to purchase any owned Bank Premises, the notice of such election in accordance with Section 4.6(a) shall specify the date upon which the Assuming Bank's occupancy of such premises shall terminate, which date shall not be later than ninety (90) days after the date of the Assuming Bank's notice not to exercise such option.   • Vacating your premises (a) If you are vacating your premises, you must provide your forwarding address to us for your final bill in addition to a notice under clause 4.2(a)(i) of this contract.

  • Meeting Space The Union may request use of State property to hold meetings. Where feasible, the Employer will provide such space. Such meetings will not interrupt state work and will not involve employees who are working. Such requests will not be unreasonably denied.

  • DURATION & RENEWAL 22.01 This agreement shall be effective from the 1st day of March, 2011 up to and including the 28th day of February 2014. Either party shall be entitled to give notice in writing to the other party as provided in the Canada Labour Code, of its desire to bargain with a view to the renewal of the expiring collective agreement at any time within a period of 90 days before the expiry date of the agreement.
