Payments to the Owner Trustee. Any amounts paid to the Owner Trustee pursuant to this Article VIII shall be deemed not to be a part of the Owner Trust Estate immediately after such payment.
Payments to the Owner Trustee. Any amounts paid to the Owner Trustee pursuant to this Article VIII and the Sale and Servicing Agreement or the Indenture shall be deemed not to be a part of the Trust Estate immediately after such payment. The provisions of this Section 8.3 shall survive the termination of this Agreement and the resignation or removal of the Owner Trustee.
Payments to the Owner Trustee. Any amounts paid pursuant to this Article 8 may be paid as set forth in Section 4.16 and Section 5.05(b) of the Sale and Servicing Agreement and shall be deemed not to be a part of the Trust Estate immediately after such payment.
Payments to the Owner Trustee. Any amounts paid to any Indemnified Party pursuant to this Article VIII from assets in the Owner Trust Estate shall be deemed not to be a part of the Owner Trust Estate immediately after such payment.

Payments to the Owner Trustee. Any amounts paid pursuant to this Article VIII shall be payable solely in the priority set forth in Section 5.06(b) of the Sale and Servicing Agreement and shall be deemed not to be a part of the Trust Estate immediately after such payment.
Payments to the Owner Trustee. Any amounts paid to the Owner Trustee from the Trust Property pursuant to this Article X shall be deemed not to be part of the Trust Property immediately after such payment.

Payments to the Owner Trustee. Any fees, expenses and indemnification amounts due to the Owner Trustee will be paid to the Owner Trustee in accordance with the terms of Section 5.06(b) of the Sale and Servicing Agreement or Section 5.04(b) of the Indenture, as applicable. The Depositor shall cause the Administrator to promptly pay to the Owner Trustee the amount of any fees, expenses and indemnification amounts due and payable to the Owner Trustee on a Payment Date and not otherwise paid or reimbursed to the Owner Trustee by the Issuer on such Payment Date in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and Section 5.06(b) of the Sale and Servicing Agreement or Section 5.04(b) of the Indenture, as applicable; provided that the Owner Trustee shall promptly reimburse the Administrator for any such amounts to the extent such party subsequently receives payment or reimbursement in respect thereof from the Issuer in accordance with the terms of Section 5.06(b) of the Sale and Servicing Agreement or Section 5.04(b) of the Indenture, as applicable.
