Common use of Not Acting in Individual Capacity Clause in Contracts

Not Acting in Individual Capacity. Except as provided in this Article VII, in accepting the trusts hereby created Chase Manhattan Bank USA, National Association acts solely as Eligible Lender Trustee hereunder and not in its individual capacity and all Persons having any claim against the Eligible Lender Trustee by reason of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement or any other Basic Document shall look only to the Trust Estate for payment or satisfaction thereof.

Not Acting in Individual Capacity. Except as provided in this Article VII, in accepting the trusts hereby created Chase Manhattan Bank USA, National Association acts solely as Eligible Lender Trustee hereunder and not in its individual capacity and all Persons having any claim against the Eligible Lender Trustee by reason of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement or any other Basic Document shall look only to the Trust Estate for payment or satisfaction thereof.
