Not Abandon Wells; Participate in Operations. Mortgagor will not, ------------------------------------------------ without prior written consent of Agent, abandon, or consent to the abandonment of, any well producing from the Mortgaged Properties (or properties unitized therewith) so long as such well is capable (or is subject to being made capable through drilling, reworking or other operations which it would be commercially feasible to conduct) of producing oil, gas, or other hydrocarbons or other minerals in commercial quantities (as determined without considering the effect of this Mortgage). In the event and during the continuation of a default, Mortgagor will not, without prior written consent of Agent, elect not to participate in a proposed operation on the Mortgaged Properties where the effect of such election would be the forfeiture either temporarily (i.e. until a certain sum of money is received out of the forfeited interest) or permanently of any material interest in the Mortgaged Properties.

  • Projects The Annexes attached hereto describe the specific projects and the policy reforms and other activities related thereto (each, a “Project”) that the Government will carry out, or cause to be carried out, in furtherance of this Compact to achieve the Objectives and the Compact Goal.
