Non-Scheduled Days. Non-scheduled days are to be mutually agreed upon by the administrator and the immediate supervisor. Necessary administrative support will be provided as approved by the appropriate immediate supervisor. Less than 12-month administrators will be provided a calendar for each fiscal year to indicate which days will be work days and which days will be non work days. This calendar will begin July 1 of each given year. Non work days, e.g., Saturdays and Sundays, may not be counted as a work day although it is understood some work may occur on non work days e.g., conferences, supervision of student events, etc. Days worked on a school recess period, e.g., winter recess, may be counted as a compensatory day worked to be taken at a later time.

  • Scheduled Days Off Except in cases of emergency, no employee will be required to return to his/her place of employment on his/her scheduled day off.

  • Compensation for Holidays Falling on Scheduled Days Off 1. When a holiday falls on a full-time employee's regularly scheduled day off, the employee shall receive eight (8) hours of compensatory time.

  • Payment Schedule Except as provided in section 6.10 Travel, Meals and Lodging, payments will only be made based on Deliverables outlined within the Authorized User Agreement. Any invoice not related directly to a completed deliverable will be rejected. Any charge included on the invoice without backup documentation as specified in the Authorized User Agreement (travel receipts, etc.) may be removed. Payment schedule shall be based on the final Authorized User Agreement as negotiated by the Authorized User and Contractor. Payment is only to be made after the deliverable within the Authorized User Agreement is accepted by the Authorized User. A Contractor is encouraged to submit no more than one invoice per month. Invoices must include cumulative retainage holdback. Invoices submitted to an Authorized User must include backup documentation as defined in the negotiated Authorized User Agreement.

  • Repayment Schedule The Borrower shall make equal installments of $[Payment Amount] to the Lender each [Payment Period] beginning on [First Payment Due Date] and continuing each [Payment Period] thereafter for [Number of Payments] consecutive [Payment Periods].

  • Prompt Payment Schedule Except as otherwise provided by law or regulation or in Sections 504.4 and 504.5 of this Exhibit, the Date of Payment by NYSERDA of an amount properly due and owing under this Agreement shall be no later than thirty (30) calendar days, excluding legal holidays, after Receipt of a Proper Invoice.

  • Scheduled Downtime For the purposes of this Agreement, Scheduled Downtime will mean those hours, as determined by us but which will not occur between the hours of 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM Pacific Time, Monday through Friday without your authorization or unless exigent circumstances exist, during which time we will perform scheduled maintenance or adjustments to the Environment. We will use our best efforts to provide you with at least twenty-four (24) hours of notice prior to scheduling Scheduled Downtime.

  • Holiday Falling on a Scheduled Workday An employee who works on a designated holiday which is a scheduled workday shall be compensated at the rate of double-time for hours worked, plus a day off in lieu of the holiday; except for Christmas and New Year's when the compensation shall be at the rate of double-time and one-half for hours worked, plus a day off in lieu of the holiday.
