Non-Resident Student Attendance. Members of the bargaining unit represented by the Springfield Local Classroom Teachers Association who are non-residents of the Springfield Local School District shall be permitted to have their children attend school in the District tuition-free. However, the District shall not be responsible for the costs associated with post- secondary enrollment or transportation of a child enrolled under this provision.
Non-Resident Student Attendance. Members of the bargaining unit represented by the Southington Education Association who are non-residents of the Southington Local School District shall be permitted to have their children attend school in the District tuition-free. This provision does not apply if the student has special needs which significantly increase the cost to the Board.
