Statement of Recognition. The Xxxxxx Board of Education, hereinafter referred to as the "Board" or the "Employer," recognizes the Xxxxxx Education Association, hereinafter referred to as the "Association," as the sole and exclusive employee representative for all employees (teachers) in the bargaining unit.
Statement of Recognition. This agreement is made and entered into by and between the Xxxxx Education Association, hereinafter termed the “Association”, and the Board of Education of the Xxxxx Public Schools, hereinafter termed the “Board”. The Board hereby recognizes the Association as the exclusive representative for the bargaining unit consisting of all certified and licensed employees, excluding administrators, of the Xxxxx Public Schools. The Board agrees not to negotiate with any individual nor recognize any other employee organization as the representative of the members of the bargaining unit for the duration of this Agreement. Further, no individual member of the bargaining unit shall negotiate with the Board except through their duly recognized bargaining representative.
Statement of Recognition. Recognition and challenge of recognition shall be conducted in a manner consistent with the rules and regulations promulgated by the Commissioner of Labor in accordance with SDCL 3- 18-8.1 through 3-18-8.2. See also 60.101 through 60.105 and 60A220 through 60A240. The Lennox School District 41-4 Board of Education recognizes the Lennox Education Association as the exclusive representative of all certified teachers for the purpose of representation in respect to rates of pay, wages and hours of employment; provided that any individual employee, or a group of employees, shall have the right at any time to present grievance to their employer and to have such grievances adjusted without the intervention of the formal representative as long as the adjustment is not inconsistent with the terms of any settlement with the formal representative then in effect. Statement of Recognition. 1.011. Recognition of Association. The Mahoning County Board of Developmental Disabilities, hereinafter referred to as the Board or Employer, recognizes the Mahoning Education Association of Developmental Disabilities, an affiliate of the Ohio Education Association and the National Education Association, hereinafter referred to as the Association, as the sole and exclusive representative for the bargaining unit as defined in Section 1.02 of the agreement and 4117.01G of the Ohio Revised Code (“ORC”), Collective Bargaining Law.
Statement of Recognition. A. Recognition The Ashtabula County Board of Developmental Disabilities, hereinafter "Board," hereby recognizes the Ashtabula County Employees Association for the Mentally Handicapped, an affiliate of the Ohio Education Association and the National Education Association, hereinafter "Association," as the sole and exclusive representative of the Board's employees (as hereinafter defined) for the purpose of Collective Bargaining as defined in Section 4117.01(G) of the Ohio Revised Code. The Board's recognition of the Association as provided in Section A of this Article shall continue unless and until such recognition is validly withdrawn consistent with O.R.C. Chapter 4117.
Statement of Recognition. The Board of Education of the Poland Local School District, hereinafter referred to as the Board, recognizes the Poland Education Association, an affiliate of NEA/OEA, hereinafter referred to as the PEA, as the sole and exclusive organization to represent the bargaining unit of employees defined in Section 1.2 below.
Statement of Recognition. The Liberty Local Board of Education, hereinafter referred to as the “Board” or the “Employer,” recognizes the Liberty Association of School Employees (LASE), affiliated with the Ohio Education Association (OEA) and the National Education Association (NEA), hereinafter referred to as the “Association,” as the sole and exclusive bargaining representative of all members of the bargaining unit for the purpose of arriving at contractual agreements on wages, hours, or terms and other conditions of employment, and the continuation, modification, or deletion of an existing provision of this agreement.
Statement of Recognition. The Tea Area School District 41-5 Board of Education recognizes the Tea Education Association/SDEA/NEA as the exclusive representative of all certified staff for the purpose of meeting and negotiating with respect to grievance procedures, rates of pay, wages and hours of employment and other conditions of employment pursuant to South Dakota Codified Law (SDCL) 3-18.
Statement of Recognition. The Board hereby recognizes the NEA as the exclusive representative of the Personnel as hereinafter defined; and, accordingly, the NEA makes this Contract in its capacity as the exclusive bargaining representative of such hereinafter defined personnel.
Statement of Recognition. The BASE shall be the sole and exclusive negotiating representative for the bargaining unit of employees defined in Section 1.02 below as employed or as hereafter employed by the Board.
