The Applicant has not in any manner, directly or indirectly, sought by agreement, communication, or conference with anyone to fix the Application/Proposal price of the Applicant or any other Applicant, or to fix any overhead, profit, fee, or cost element of the Application/Proposal price, or of that of any other Applicant. NON-COLLUSION DECLARATION. A signed Non-Collusion Declaration must be completed by the bidder and submitted as part of the bid. Bids received without a signed Non-Collusion Declaration cannot be considered.
NON-COLLUSION DECLARATION. In accordance with the provisions of Section 7106 of the Public Contract Code, each bid must be accompanied by the non-collusion declaration.
NON-COLLUSION DECLARATION. Public Contract Code Section 7106 requires bidders to submit declaration of non-collusion with their bids. This form is included with the bid documents and must be signed and dated by the bidder under penalty of perjury.
