NON-COLLUSION CERTIFICATION. Provider certifies that: Neither Provider nor anyone subject to Provider’s direction or control has paid, given or donated or agreed to pay, give or donate to any officer or employee of the State of Oklahoma any money or other thing of value, either directly or indirectly, in procuring this contract herein. No person who has been involved in any manner in the development of the Agreement to which this statement is attached while employed by the State of Oklahoma shall be employed by Provider to fulfill any of the services provided for under said contract.

NON-COLLUSION CERTIFICATION. By submitting a proposal, SERVICE PROVIDER is certifying that it has not directly or indirectly been collusive with any other proposer in the preparation and submission of the proposal. If at any time it shall be found that the SERVICE PROVIDER has, in presenting the proposal, colluded with any other party or parties, said SERVICE PROVIDER shall be liable to the MGSA for any loss or damage which the MGSA has or may suffer as a result of the collusive activity, including, but not limited to, the cost of advertising and awarding a new contract.
