No Conflicting Employment. Executive hereby agrees that, during the Period of Employment, Executive will not engage in any other employment, occupation or consulting directly related to the business in which the Company or any of its Affiliates is now involved or becomes involved during the Period of Employment.
No Conflicting Employment. The Executive shall devote his full working time and efforts to the business and affairs of the Company. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Executive may engage in any civic and not-for-profit activities so long as such activities are disclosed to the Board and do not materially interfere with the performance of his duties hereunder or present a conflict of interest with the Company. The Executive also may serve on one or more for-profit boards of directors so long as such activities do not require more than 30 hours in aggregate per quarter of Executive’s time, are disclosed to the Board and do not, in the Board’s good faith reasonable judgment, materially interfere with the performance of Executive’s duties hereunder or present a conflict of interest with the Company. The Executive has disclosed his current service on boards of directors (attached hereto as Exhibit A) and the Company has agreed to permit his continued service on such boards.
No Conflicting Employment. No Inducement of Other Employees. I agree that during the period of my employment by the Company I will not, without the Company's express written consent, engage in any other employment or business activity directly related to the business in which the Company is now involved or becomes involved, nor will I engage in any other activities which conflict with my obligations to the Company. For the period of my employment by the Company and for one (1) year after the date of termination of my employment by the Company, I will not induce any employee of the company to leave the employment of the company.

No Conflicting Employment. 6.1 The Employee agrees that, during the term of his employment with Recrusoft, he will not engage in any other employment, occupation, consulting or other business activity related to the business in which Recrusoft is now involved or becomes involved during the term of his employment, nor will he engage in any other activities that conflict with his obligations to Recrusoft.
No Conflicting Employment. For so long as the Executive is employed by the Company and continuing for two years thereafter, the Executive shall not within the United States or Canada render to any Competitor any service that is the same as or substantially similar to any service that formed a material part of the Executive's employment with the Company. As used in this Section, the term "Competitor" means any Person engaged in the business of manufacturing infant disposable diapers and disposable pants products who reasonably could be expected to benefit from knowledge of Confidential Information (as defined in Section 10.8.1), including, but not limited to, any of the following companies: Xxxxxxx Confab Retail Group, Drypers Corporation, Arquest Inc., DSG International, LTD, The Procter & Xxxxxx Company, Xxxxxxxx- Xxxxx Corporation and Hospital Specialty Company.
No Conflicting Employment. No Inducement of other Employees or -------------------------------------------------------------- Solicitation of Customers. ------------------------- The Employee agrees that during the period of employment by the Company the Employee shall not, without the Company's express written consent, engage in any other employment or business activity directly related to the business in which the Company is now involved or becomes involved, nor shall the Employee engage in any other activities which conflict with the Employee's obligations to the Company. For the period of employment by the Company and for one (1) year after the date of termination of employment by the Company the Employee shall not (a) induce any employee of the Company to leave the employ of the Company or (b) solicit the business of any client or customer of the Company (other than on behalf of the Company). If any restriction set forth in this Section 4 is found by any court of competent jurisdiction to be unenforceable because it extends for too long a period of time or over too great a range of activities or in too broad a geographic area, it shall be interpreted to extend only over the maximum period of time, range of activities or geographic area as to which it may be enforceable. The Employee hereby covenants that he shall not represent in any manner whatsoever to any party that any of the activities in which he engages pursuant to this Section 4 or Section 3(a) are being conducted either on behalf or for the benefit of the Company, or that the Company has any knowledge of such activities other than as set forth in the written approval provided by the Company to the Employee to engage in such activities. The Employee hereby agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company for the amount of any claim, liability, obligation, or indebtedness of any nature whatsoever arising from any activity in which the Employee engages pursuant to this Section 4 and Section 3(a).

Executive shall not, during the Employment Term, engage in any other employment, occupation, consulting or other business activity directly related to the business in which ABD, GBB or its or their subsidiaries and affiliates are now involved or become involved during the Employment Term, nor will Executive engage in any other activities that conflict with Executive’s obligations to ABD. Executive may deliver speeches to outside organizations, provided, however, that any honoraria received for such speeches be turned over to ABD. Executive shall not provide services to any board of directors of any organization without the prior written approval of GBB’s Chief Executive Officer.

You agree that during the term of your employment at the Company you will not plan or engage in other employment, occupation, consulting or other business activity directly related to the business in which the Company is now involved or becomes involved during the term of your employment, nor will you engage in any other activities that conflict with your employment obligations to the Company.
